April  2006 - Erin's 2003 Mach 1


Erin bought her Mach 1 new in December 2002 and was the 1st one to arrive at Covert Ford. It was also her first car with a manual transmission which she got the hang of quickly. The color is Azure Blue and was only available on the Mach 1 models. In 2003 Ford ended up making 2,250 of them in Azure Blue. She drove her Mach 1 daily and enjoyed it for nearly 3½ years before replacing it with a TrailBlazer SS. With a newborn on the way, additional room was expected. Her best ET was 13.60 @ 101.80mph and the Mach pulled 274.9whp & 300.1wtq on the dyno.
